Magnesium (as Magnesium Aspartate)	250 mg
Vitamin K2 (as K2 MK-7)	22.5 mcg

Other Ingredients: Vegetarian cellulose capsule, L-leucine.

Suggested Use

Three (3) capsules, one to two (1-2) times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
