At Right Arrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Right Arrow account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
